"I’m not one to complain and I always understand if there is a mistake made from a coffee shop but I think this is the worst location I have been too. Every time I order coffee they always forget to put the extra syrup I paid for or they end up making a completely different coffee I get it, it happens. But today I order an egg, cheese pesto bagel and there was still paper in the bagel which I almost chocked on not cool, I feel like no one pays attention there."

"Waited almost 30 minutes for 2 coffees. Was very patient but after I was the first customer to order and the last customer to leave I approached the counter to ask how much longer my wait would be. They did not realize I had not been served yet and my coffee had been sitting to the side getting cold for who knows how long. Not to mention the prices are now CRAZY. Almost $8 per coffee. Makes me so sad because I love this place, but it’s becoming intolerable."
