"The churros are like rocks they heated them in the microwave obviously 🤦🏽‍♀️ I spent $17 on a coffee and those churros with caramel sauce I was excited to try them and hungry but I’m very disappointed 😔 why wouldn’t you make it quality it seems like that girl at the drive thru did not care about the food and the coffee is too sweet DO BETTER! I would not recommend this place"

"We go to a lot of beans and brews. One of our favorites coffee spots. This location was a step up from the usual experience. Right off the bat I noticed our drinks looked very nicely presented, and they were absolutely delicious. Service was friendly and the location was clean."

"Don’t come to this location unless you want to be gaslit. I usually go to a different location because this one is very slow, but I was starving and nearby while running errands. My drink was terrible - it was supposed to be a hot hazelnut latte with oat milk, but it tasted like burnt water. My breakfast sandwich also had a cheese wrapper in it. I had parked in front of the nearby nail salon to eat, and I mustered up the courage to ask for my drink to be remade, and the team didn’t believe me. The new barista at the drive thru and the manager said that they hadn’t received my described order this morning, and they asked if I was at the right location. The manger was nice and remade my drink, but she continued to look at me as if I were CRAZY, even after I described the original barista whom I worked with - who confirmed my order twice. I didn’t feel like I could bring up the wrapper in my sandwich, and I felt so uncomfortable and taken aback. I don’t recommend this location at ALL."

"I ordered the truffle peppermint mocha with 5 different flavorings, and not only did you guys leave out those flavorings, I did not get any truffle sauce, I did not get any of my PAID FOR add-on flavorings, and it tastes bitter. I tried calling a few moments ago and your voice mail box is "full" and it automatically hung up. I either want a refund for my drink order that was wrongfully butchered, or the drink made again to how it's supposed to be made."

"i like the coffee but horrible experience. i ordered ahead on the app, went up to the window and waited (no joke) 8 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. the guy asked my name twice because i guess he didn’t remember the first time? it took 48 min to get my drink after placing the order, so disappointed and it made me late!!"
