What People Are Saying
from Google"I stopped by The Donut Run in Spanish Fork and unfortunately had a pretty underwhelming experience. They were completely out of glazed donuts, which was disappointing since that’s usually a staple at any donut shop. The storekeeper was kind, so I do want to give credit there. However, the pricing really didn’t feel worth it. There’s no half-dozen pricing, so you’re paying about $2 per donut, which adds up quickly for very basic donuts. There wasn’t anything unique or special that set them apart from other donut shops, especially when you can get the same quality or better elsewhere for a better deal. I bought three donuts. My son, who normally loves donuts, actually spit his out and said it didn’t taste right. That’s why only two donuts are left in the box. I did try one of the sugar donuts afterward and it tasted normal to me, but still very basic and nothing memorable. Overall, between the lack of selection, pricing, and average quality, I probably won’t be returning."
"Such a cute, kid-friendly spot! The staff went above and beyond—especially the gentleman working there, who did everything he could to make sure we had the best experience possible! The food and donuts are amazing, and the space itself is adorable with such a warm, welcoming feel. We’ll definitely be back!"
"Use to be cowboy donuts. Now donut run. Donuts got better. We got an Apple fritter and a cronut and a chocolate raised and an egg and sausage kolache. Apple fritter has good little apple chunks and good spice level. Not chewy and crispy edges enough and almost tasted underbaked. Cronut had good layers but the layers were a little doughy and felt like the butter ran out while baking. Chocolate raised was solid. Egg and sausage was good. Not as good as Hrskas kolaches but nice. Overall donut run 7/10. I would not go out of my way to get them but I wouldn’t be sad if someone brought them."
"Good donuts, but we love the frozen dinner rolls they sell!!! Great price for amazing rolls that we can cook up when we need them! They also have amazing breakfast AND lunch kolaches! Must try!"
"We have been going to Donut Run for years and are never disappointed! I love that they make the icing, dough, and more right there in the store. Everything is fresh and delicious. My faves are the cronut, fruit filled croissant, and buttermilk bar. The alligator jaw is my kid’s fave!"
