"Looked very cute in the beginning! It was extremely crowded. Later on when it was finally my turn i wanted to order but the manager already gave me a dirty look. I just ordered quickly because I didn’t felt very comfortable. Then i asked them nicely if they could add some more ice, because i was sweating and it was a warm day. i ordered the mango dragon fruit refreshener when i got it it just look like cheap lemonade you buy from the store. And where was the ice? I asked, they said they ran out! I understand with the weather that more people would like some ice cubes, but atleast tell me before i pay. Won’t recommend!"

"Fall in line to get a mango dragon fruit refresher. Took 15mins before i get mine. I asked for less ice coz i have mild sore throat they made it and it was pale and looked like water down pink drink. But also over flowing with ice. I said less ice! Then they made another one, with 4 small bits of dragon fruit!! Its really a disappointing experience. The manager said thats all they have left. Well they could have said that ahead and not give an attitude after they have made mistakes. Customer service is not of starbucks standards at all. If you guys want to stay in business just do it right. Not even excellent just put an effort to do the job right."

"Whenever I come to Barnes & Noble at Redcliffe Mall I always ask for water and they normally give me ice cold water but today they told me water is in the corner on the left side of the table by the forks and spoons I never got my free cup of ice water. I always get."

"Once you order and pay employees don’t care about customer service. Problem with your drink, you’re ignored and treated in a very dismissive and rude way. I don’t write reviews but I had to. I went on Wednesday and ordered an eggnog latte they had on a board and I thought I came with what it said on the board. Cold foam and some flavoring instead I got a plain eggnog worst drink I’ve had at a Starbucks. The employees could have been a bit more polite and helpful. I’ve never experienced service like that at a Starbucks 😕"
