from Google & Yelp"Small local bakery with a few other locations that has some of the best croissants in Southern Utah! Second time here and it's my favorite place to stop by. Workers are quick and attentive so don't be intimidated by the line. Small lobby with limited seating but they have a good sized patio with plenty of outdoor seating. They also offer drinks and pizza, their hot chocolate was rich as well. Pictured: Traditional Croissant, flacky and a wonderful buttery flavor. Would be a wonderful breakfast sandwich! Breakfast sandwich: Super rich and huge, I have a weak stomach but it was super good! Egg Salad sandwich: Roommate said it was good! Other: Lemon Bar, Brownie, Chocolate Cake, Cheese Danish Video was taken after I seran wrapped a croissant for over a week, it still was good! (Microwave with a damp paper towel on top for 10-15 seconds at half power)"
"I am not from St George but I come to Bonrue Bakery every single time I am in town. It is a total do not miss. In my opinion the best thing they make is the Chocolate KA. It is unbelievable. We did an online pickup order this time and they were out of a couple items, and they gave us such generous replacements and even added extra treats. Their customer service is amazing and the quality is always perfect. I cannot stress enough how good this place is. Truly one of my favorite bakeries ever."
"Bonrue French Bakery & Café in Hurricane is like a little slice of Paris that accidentally landed in Utah—and decided to stay for the pastries. With its flaky, buttery creations and cozy charm, it’s become the unofficial carb headquarters for both locals and caffeine-fueled road trippers, like us. Their pastries aren’t just good—they’re “I might fight someone for the last chocolate croissant” good. From delicate quiches that whisper “brunch sophistication” to lattes so smooth they deserve their own jazz playlist, everything here feels lovingly handcrafted by someone who really wants you to eat well and smile while doing it. The staff is warm and welcoming too. So whether you’re a loyal local or just popped in because your GPS said “nearby croissant,” Bonrue is the place to treat yourself, ruin your diet (in the best way), and pretend, just for a moment, that you're living your best life on a side street in France."
"Dropped in before heading out of Utah after spending a few days at Zion and it was great! I didn't get her name, but the employee that helped us out was lovely. She was very helpful, since it was our first time in the shop, by giving us suggestions, telling us to take our time, and was just overall super friendly. She even made sure to bring my drink to the table and offered to alter it if the taste was off. The latte was great and so were the goods we got. Even took an almond croissant home-- it was delicious. Would definitely like to return if I visit Zion again soon."
"Such a yummy Bakery place in St George, Utah. The pastries taste homemade, the sandwiches are loaded and satisfying, and the pizza has that perfect chewy, crispy crust. I’m a Utah realtor who spends my downtime trying local spots, and this is one I’m genuinely happy I found."
"Bon Rue formerly Farmstead does most things right. They offer a visually appealing and very tasty line of artisan baked goods and sandwiches. Personally..."
