"I ordered 2 sandwiches and fries waited 15 mins after 10 mins they pulled me forward saying they had to remake my order cause it was wrong and I didn’t have a complicated order and then when I got my food my fries were cold and hard and my sandwiches were even made wrong wasn’t apologized for waiting so long and then still got the wrong sandwich and they weren’t even that busy and then to be charged for stuff I didn’t get that’s amazing. I tried calling the store no one answered and I’ve called 2-3 times"

"Not too happy. There isn’t a sense of urgency. After 10pm no one was in drive through but me. I ordered 4 famous stars and it took ten minutes. No sense of urgency. No apology for the wait. Food was great and cashier was nice. But I’m starting to not want to come here after 10pm."

"haven't eaten here in ages so i decided to come in after stopping at the starbucks. the woman who took my order was very nice and the women in the back making the food did it fast all while laughing and having a good time together. the lobby and eating area had tons of christmas stuff up and it was really nice inside. and my food was pretty good."

"I get up to the window and the kid says hi, what do you want? Rude as hell and someone should teach that kid how to talk to people. I ordered onion rings and they were not edible. It was like eating into a rock. Unfortunately it ruined my Westerm Bacon burger as well. I do not recommend."
