"Cubby’s in St. George is a win. 🙌 We stopped in with the whole crew and everyone found something they liked—which is no small feat when you’re feeding five kids. I had the street tacos (so good), and my wife went with the tri-tip steak salad. She was a little underwhelmed—said it needed something more to round it out—but everything else was spot on. The sweet potato fries—next level. Crispy, salty, a little sweet. The burgers were a hit with the kids, and the whole menu just feels fresh and vibrant. The vibe here fits St. George perfectly—bright, modern, clean, and still laid back. Whether you’re coming in sweaty from a hike or dressed up for a casual lunch date, it works. Definitely adding this to our regular rotation when we’re in town."

"What a Great Find! Everything on the menu looks fantastic, it was hard to pick one thing. Decided on the tri-tip sandwich with fries. Food came out quickly and was warm. Asked if they could customize the grilled cheese and he asked what are you thinking? Mom used to make a Poor Man’s Pizza, cheese with a slice of tomato and a pinch of oregano… He said sounds Good, we can do that… Not many places are that flexible. I’ll be Back!"

"Cubby’s is hands down my favorite place to eat. The Cock-a-Doodle-Doo chicken sandwich is honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten — the chicken is unbelievably good, and whatever their secret is, it works. I also love that it’s a healthier meal and that the ingredients are always fresh and high quality. They’re consistently great about customizing orders too — anytime I’ve asked for ingredients to be removed, they’ve gotten it right without issue. The rosemary fries are absolutely amazing and a must-have. On top of the food, the staff are incredibly kind, the bathrooms are clean, tables are always well maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming with a really nice layout. Amazing food, great service, and an all-around excellent experience every time."
