"Really torn about this review. Their icecream is by far the best. I come here weekly. But ever since they moved to their larger location on river road, their hygiene has gone out the door. Workers never change their gloves, so everything I get handed is sticky from icecream that’s not part of my order. Today I went in and the whole place smelled like feet. Their counter tops were sticky and crumb covered, floors haven’t been swept or mopped in days at least, their rug is covered in fur?? If they could keep up a sweep here or wiping between rushes, then they’d earn my 5 stars. They really need to implement a better method of keeping their store clean. When it’s stanky and dirty, it makes me want to come here less."

"Huge selection of flavors, both that I got were outstanding, some of the best I’ve had. Super vibrant flavor and great texture. Waffle cone was more like a cheap sugar cone though, not worth it in my opinion. Biggest issue was no water. I’ve never been to an ice cream spot in the entire country that didn’t have atleast a small water jug out for customers. I asked if I could get a small cup of water from behind the counter and they said they only sell bottles. How much could a cup of water cost??"

"I went there today for the first time. I ordered a small chocolate cone which ended up being delicious 😋 I also ordered a hurricane shake. So smooth and creamy. They have so many ice cream flavors to choose from. The employees are very helpful as well to knowing their products. Will definitely go there again next time in town."

"Good ice cream. We have one of these where I live in Texas that has only a walk up ordering, so your ice cream always melts pretty fast. It was nice to be able to sit inside at this location to eat. The only issue is the pricing is pretty high, and there’s not a kid’s option. We ordered a small and it was expensive and too big for a child. They need to offer a kiddie size."
