"This is such an awesome little cafe and vegan food entity. The owner operator is super nice and was happy to help us make decisions by sharing insights. The nachos were truly impressive to me and I'm picky about my cashew queso. Not only where the flavors wonderful, but the nachos were layered and the chips used held up to the moisture to be delicious with flavor and texture the whole time. When you finish eating, I highly recommend a cheezecake as the texture and flavor of the chocolate was simply great."

"Great to see another vegan place in St George. We got the Greek nachos and they were awesome! They had all the satisfying crunch and flavor explosion you want from a plate of nachos, but felt lighter and more nourishing with the cashew sauce and the multi grain chips. We also got the hummus plate, which was not bad, but the nachos really stole the show."

"I have waited nearly a year to try the Hearty Beet Café! I live in northern Utah but pass through St. George on my way to visit family in California. Sadly last time I passed through the transition from truck to café was happening so I missed out. But this time I finally tried the loaded nachos as well as 3 different pies and WOW, the wait was worth it. I am celiac but also dairy free and nachos were my favorite food before having to modify my diet. The nachos were amazing and just having that option available to me again after so many years made such a difference to my soul. I hope the Hearty Beet Café stays open for a long long time, please support her so I (selfishly) can benefit when I pass back through again, and you won’t be disappointed!"
