"Awesome spot! Totally worth stopping by and grabbing something. They have incredible coffee that’s very obviously made intentionally and with care. Had a juniper latte that was harvested locally! Super delicious. They have a lot of artisan goods and even some of their small batch coffee roasts to take home. There’s a small eating area with one table and chairs surrounding it in a room to the side of the coffee shop (where you can see the vintage roaster). The staff was super friendly and patient with us (and our three littles) and all our questions. Definitely a hidden gem in this cute little town!"

"I am what they call a coffee snob. Maybe even more a snob of the snobs. This place is it. I rank this as having one of the best cappuccinos that has ever graced my palette. I even bought a bag of beans to take home with me so I can extend the enjoyment further. I’ll dream of coming back to Torrey and Capitol Reef for this coffee. Atmosphere is cozy, almost hygge. Service is awesome, and super friendly. They roast their own beans they source it themselves from across the globe. And you can taste the passion they have for coffee in their beans. One of my favorite coffee shops anywhere."

"Shooke Coffee is fantastic. If you blink while driving through the area you might miss it, it is a small store-front, but once inside it is spacious and very comfortable. There is a plethora of items to choose from even off of the coffee menu. The coffee itself is fantastic. You can watch, if he is roasting while you’re there, or you can’t see where he wrote the coffee. Is a great selection of coffee and if you are lucky enough to talk to the roaster himself, he is very friendly and helpful."
