"We ordered a frozen matcha and a coffee. My wife said the matcha lacked flavor. We thought no problem we will just call and go back and they can make her a new one. We left a voicemail with no answer. I reassured my wife that they would take care of us when we got there. I expressed to the lady that the frozen matcha lacked flavor compared to the last visit. She said well we make it with water. She said if I make it again it would be the same. All we wanted was for her to make us a new one. However she did not offer to make a new one, but instead took it back and through it away for us. We ended up not getting a drink or a refund. I could not believe that was the solution. I might be out the $6, but it would mean a lot of they could help her get the training to help the next customer. Consider the $6 for training."
