The first one they tried to give me had a ton of whip cream (which my drink doesn't have) and ice. They took it back to remake and the male employee that came to the window had a turtle mocha (his words). I repeated my order for him and he brought me back what's picture. It taste nothing like the ones I've gotten in the past 👎. I wish this was the first time this has happened, but it's actually the fourth or fifth. Not worth the frustration anymore"

"I love the staff at this location! They are always so kind, and know me by name. If there is ever an issue or they are out of things they always try to make it right by offering something else. Ashton, Patrick and Trey are awesome! (I hope I got your names right!) They greet me when I come in, and are always so friendly! I know they have been struggling with getting items in, but that is not the fault of the employees, and again they are always willing to make something else. They work so hard and are so kind. I seriously love this location! I find if I place my order online it's ready by the time I get there, which avoids the hassle of the drive through. Thank you to the staff for always being so friendly, kind and professional!"
"First thing that was off was they couldn't hear me at the speaker. Dude tried adding soy milk to my order when I ordered an extra shot of espresso. The payment part of this experience went off without a hitch(go figure) But after that some dude came with somebody else's order and tried to charge me for it. I told him I already paid for my order and he said just a minute. After like 5-10 minutes they finally brought by 2 coffees for my wife and I. As we were driving home my coffee was waaaaay too sweet. And my wife's tasted like they didn't add any flavors to it. Such a mess. When we got home we just mixed our 2 drinks together and still had to add at home creamer to them to make them drinkable. This location has a lot to work on to get good"
