"Great food, drinks and atmosphere. Dine-in area are clean and there's a charging point at every table. Price of bakeries are reasonable. In terms of service, i suggest that staff should be more engaged with customer. They are not rude but not that friendly to the customer."

"I went in to purchase gift cards 12-11-2025. One of the cards is not work. Went back in 12-15-2025 to obtain the receipts as the gift cards were given out as a gift. Attempt to call but the number does not work as they stated phone has been taking away in the building when I went over later on that night after work. Provided my number and name and was advised a supervisor would reach out to me today 12-16-2025. I have yet to receive any callback. 4 gifts cards were bought with 10.00 each. Now im out one of the gift cards as one did not work."

"As a previous B&B employee . I just have to give a shout out for the 4 people that worked today 11/26/25 in the morning . I had a really bad experience at the south Jordan Pkwy location and was having a hard time and just wanted to go somewhere else after wasting 1hr 1/2 . The the guy on the register and the manager and almost all the employees offered me a 50% off and remade everything without a fight and even asked if I needed any extra rags or anything to clean up what this other B&Bs didn’t process . I was truly so thankful and almost was in tears. I truly couldn’t thank them enough for how kind they were even though they didn’t spill my drinks . They understood and listened and really set my feelings with more of a smile ."

"I have only been to beans and brews once or twice so I’m still not super familiar with everything they have and Connor today was SO sweet! He was patient and kind and answered all of my questions. He made sure I liked my drink and was really pleasant to chat with, while he still made sure to keep all the other customers attended to."

"Great experience. Really friendly staff who took the time to help us find a beverage that was good for us. Very clean and spacious and the coffee was pretty good too with reasonable prices. Plenty of seating as well as a drive through option."
