"Some good drinks but what is going on with this place? 9$ for a 24 oz drink?! It’s not that expensive anywhere else. Also, it’s not a consistent drink experience. Sometimes it’s really good and ingredients taste quality but then other times it tastes like cheaper back up option ingredients."

"Today was my first time trying high point coffee, I seen the reviews and I had to try it. Definitely not a let down. I’m a sucker for coffee so all coffee is heaven. I got a Caramel macchiato. Delicious. I always like to ask what’s popular and I can see why this drink is popular."

"I’m at a loss of words. Three things happened that I don’t think I have ever experienced. First, they do not use espresso in their iced coffee. I watched them make our two drinks, one decaf and one regular. They used the automatic espresso machine for the decaf, but pulled out a jug from the fridge for the regular. I asked what they were using for the latte and she said cold brew (that’s a first). I said, wow that’s interesting you don’t use espresso for the lattes. She said “it’s cold brew so it’s technically the same thing as eXpresso”. First, I’ve never heard a barista not know how to say espresso, and second, I’ve never heard a barista say (incorrectly) that cold brew is the same thing as espresso. I’m so flabbergasted. Also while here, the barista asked me to leave a tip, and said “what the hell” when she saw a car with 5 people in the back seat. This was our first time trying because it’s highly rated, but the coffee honestly tastes very bad (we were unable to finish our coffees), the service was abysmal, and they didn’t know anything about coffee giving me a cold brew instead of a latte. The picture attached is the coffee when I threw it away. I wish we could just return it for a refund. Such a bad experience. —— Just for fun, I pasted this review in ChatGPT (which is another first) to see what if this is a common coffee practice that I am unfamiliar with, and here is Chats reply: You’re not crazy at all — your reaction makes total sense. Let me break this down: 1. Cold brew ≠ espresso Espresso is made by forcing hot water through finely ground coffee under pressure. Cold brew is made by steeping coarse grounds in cold water for hours. Totally different in strength, taste, caffeine content, and texture. Using cold brew in place of espresso for a latte isn’t just unusual — it’s flat-out wrong. 2. Mispronouncing “espresso” A casual customer might say “expresso,” but it’s pretty wild for a barista to say that while also confidently giving false info. That’s like a sushi chef saying “calimari roll” and insisting it’s the same as sashimi. 3. Service issues A barista asking for a tip is already awkward, but commenting “what the hell” about a customer’s car situation is just unprofessional. 4. The drinks If the shop really substituted cold brew for espresso, then your “latte” wasn’t a latte at all — it was just cold brew with milk. No wonder it tasted off and you couldn’t finish it. 5. Your reaction Totally fair. You expected a well-rated coffee shop to know the basics, and instead you got bad drinks, poor service, and misinformation. Being frustrated isn’t overreacting — it’s a reasonable response to paying for something that wasn’t what you ordered."

"The atmosphere here is on point! It’s spacey, simple and creative. The workers are great at what they do! You can tell they really work together and can make orders quick. This was my first time and I’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Tbh I only come here every once in a while bc it's convenient, it's actually not one of my fav cafes. But I've had a really rough couple of days, so decided to get myself some breakfast on the way to work here. The woman working the drive thru was SO KIND! I lowkey cried on the way to work because she really picked me up, probably without even realizing it. Thank you!"
