"Order to pick up food. Arrived and waited 15-20 minutes. Would have thought it was already ready for pick up. Food nice and very warm when arrived home. Loved the sausage, egg and cheese croissants for breakfast. 1/6/2026"

"Disatisfied... Placed a pick up order at 5:15 for 6:15, arrive at 6:15, wait til 6:25 for them to tell me that they are out of roast beef and ham, how do you run out of roast beef at 6 on a saturday. So I settle for chicken pesto and receive the most pathetic $12 sandwich I've ever seen. I guess that's on me for not confirming that they made me a decent sandwich before I left the store. Thanks for wasting my time. Oh and I ordered a Sprite and got straight soda water."

"I stopped in to buy 4 cinnamon rolls to gift to my co workers. First, the young man the helped me was unfriendly and was wiping his nose on his apron, then handling my food. When I opened the bag this morning to put ribbon around them I noticed they were packaged terribly and were not cut from the pan properly so they appeared to be 3/4 rolls. At $4.89 each (plus tax), this was extremely poor quality. I'll got to Village Baker next time where I get full size cinnamon rolls. You're loosing your edge Kneaders...I"ll never come back. :("

"Friday afternoon made my order at 1:05 on may 29th. We ordered a chicken pesto and chicken and cheese sandwich no sides or drinks $24.34 WE FINALLY got our food at 1:37 I am not sure who the manager is here or what going on this store needs some help! I have gone to Kneaders for years and this location as well as the one in Riverton have been going down hill. Would have been faster and cheaper to go to apple bees😂 very very dis appointed You can see from the photo i am not alone. I found it odd the manager is sweeping the floor while they are clearly behind on orders Over 30 mins on two sandwiches? Come on... Then when we finally got our food my chicken, ham, and cheese had NO Ham😂😂 so then I had to go back and get it. Then we looked at the chips, half empty and basically crumbs😂 They mentioned that an employee had a death in the family and were short 1 person. The South Jordan location manager needs to come whip these guys into shape I asked for a refund after 30 mins I was offered a free dessert to help. And food was out a few mins later. Mind you I get alot of gift baskets from Kneaders i spend well over $1,000 a year here The food was yummy when we got it!😅👍🏼 Should be a 1 star but I dont want to be that guy"

"Best location, employees are all kind and friendly. Food is always fresh and delicious, full of flavor. Managers Ariel and Jess are the sweetest and amazing to work with, Diana who puts the displays together is adorable and gracious, she will put anything together you ask for. Staff has always been amazing, this is my go-to place for lunch."
