The Barista who delivered my order did not smile, say thank you or make eye contact. They And also did not seem to understand the kind of sweetener I was requesting. The main clock is broken and does not work.."

Looks like they took 1/4 of the actual drink out to add 1/4 of soft top with a charge of 1.00 and 6.30$ for the drink. Wasn’t even a frappe, was all watered down. Took a few sips and drink was gone. Very angry because Beans&Brews failed me this morning. Thanks for a crappy drink. Will not be returning to this location."
