"Unfortunately I found this lil gem about 10 days into a 15 day visit (lol) and boy was I missing out. I cannot speak to any other location BUT I can tell you this one ... 10 outta 10. The Staff was OUT-STANDING! So kind. So sweet. So helpful. I don't know WHY it's so hard to find Protein Coffee or SF syrups but this place had it all. Everything I had to drink was delicious AND they sell their own, local beans AND they will grind them there, if needed. I hope they migrate out East and open more - this places, hands down, beats the green lady logo. Thank you Beans & Brew for EVERYTHING. I miss ya'll already!"

"The staff is really kind, but I feel like they can’t follow simple orders because they were trained to be extra nice. For example I asked for a coffee and then I requested a cup with a little bit of whipped cream on the side and instead they offered me to put whip cream on top so I said never mind And walked out without tipping them when I normally tip 4-5dollars. Also, the coffee was kind of off today to be honest I paid $10 for a cup of water. I barely get the hint of any coffee and that is cause I paid extra for an extra shot of espresso. It’s unfortunate but it’s whatever I’ll take the loss at this point."

"I only had one issue and it occured this morning .I went in and got my usual chai hot tea which is super yummy and makes my taste buds spring with delight . the young man serving me grabbed a dirty dish rag and started wiping the counter while making my drink .Then did not wash his hands and put the cap on my drink with dirty hands .I was not thrilled I went home and poured my drink into a cup of mine and threw the other cup away .I was thoroughly disgusted ."
