"Looked right in the barista eyes and explained exactly how I’d like the drink. I was acknowledged by a nod, because they were on a conversation via an ear bud. Fail! Not anything like I asked. And I didn’t realize my drink was ready for a couple minutes because barista didn’t make any other acknowledgment. Simply walked away while continuing the ear bud phone conversation. Terrible. These two young employees look very much not excited to be at work. Nice looking place."
