"We showed up at 7:15 PM and we were told that hot items were not available, because they had already shut things down for cleaning. All we wanted was a hot caramel Cielo. 45 minutes to close, you should be able to get anything on the menu, especially one of their most popular drinks. We will never come back to this location."

"This place was suggested by the girl at the front desk of my hotel. A hop skip jump and I was there I walked in the front door and the atmosphere was very warm cozy I turn to the counter and suddenly I’m being stared at by 3 young girls and the vibe all around me just felt very uncomfortable asked if they offered heavy whipping cream as an option for my coffee and the girl behind the counter says yeah we have have half and half um thats ok I’ll just take it black then she asks would you like cream and sugar I guess they were to young to understand I’ll take my coffee black this hole experience just made me decide what ever extra time I have to spend at my hotel I’ll definitely figure out some thing else to get my coffee maybe the i hop instead"

"Stole my money today. After the app took the money from my account the girl at the counter told me they refunded half my order because it was out of stock. I then asked for the whole order to be cancelled because what’s the point. They then handed me a receipt and refused to give me cash and marked the order as complete in the app. The manager was rude and childish. Hopefully I get my money back, they provided no proof of a refund and told me it will take at least a day. This is the 3rd time this location has been shady when it comes to payment."

"I had a very disappointing experience at your location. When I pulled up to the drive-thru and received my order, the lid on my drink wasn’t secure and spilled all over me and inside my car. I was only told “I’m sorry,” which didn’t help me deal with the mess. I had to go home to change and ended up being late for work because of this. Please ensure your staff is more careful in the future."

"The Barista never greeted us. She wasn't rude or anything but simply took our order. I am one that loves to interact with the baristas - so that was a little bit of a let down."
