"The best brown sugar Boba we have had in Salt Lake area. The sandwiches are really good. Would highly recommend this place. And the owner is awesome!"

"Update to owners response: this defeats the purpose of good to go you are supposed to stop food waste. You accept peoples money and yet close without honoring hours. You never known if people come to pick up if you close and leave before the hour window of picking it up. So this actually maybe a common problem you aren't aware of. Also maybe don't sell on good to go if they are continuing to be a communication problem. There was zero communication that I needed to reach out which would be another annoying step I would have to take it defeats the purpose of the app. Super upset! First off the door says open until 11 so change that. Also I ordered on good to go and it said to pick up from 9-10pm. I arrived at 910 and it was all closed and dark but the door wasnt locked. The employee let me know she threw away the boba. I told her we already paid for a pick up and all she said it was they are closed, boba has been thrown away and that she can let her manager know. Beyond frustrated at this place. Don't offer it if you dont honor it and also take people's money."

"Stopped here after getting my haircut in the same plaza. It's also next to Winco and a BBQ place as well. Pretty much fully customizable from the type of drink, flavors, toppings, ice and sugar level. Overall, the quality was good and exactly what I needed. I got a regular Okinawa Milk Tea with boba and lychee. They give you a good amount of toppings which I was pleased with. The service was nice and straightforward as well. The inside is simple with a few tables too."

"Not worth the money. At least at the West Valley location. We went around 7:30pm on a Monday and there was a couple ahead of us ordering. They ordered about 5-6 drinks and there was only one person working. Right off the bat we saw that their drinks weren't made with fresh ingredients, but rather powder. The flavor powders were kept in glass jars without lids on them. A couple of their drinks on the menu were sold out. We decided to get a small "Lava flow" to try. It tasted a bit off.. probably from the powder. It tasted extra sweet with a hint of cough syrup flavoring at the end that lingers. The only bright side was the boba was cooked perfectly. We didn't end up finishing the drink and went to another place. If you're around the west valley area, there's definitely better spots out there."

"this was so delicious! this was my boyfriends first time trying boba and he loved it which i’m really happy about. we got the biscoff cookies & cream boba drink and the raspberry black tea. it was sooo good we had to come back the following day to get it again. the only thing id say is the environment can feel a bit weird at times since its very silent in there but that’s okay"
