"Cafe Silvestre is our favorite place to go whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. The variety of choices is amazing. They have samplers to try and the drinks are the best in the world, seriously. We’ve try quite a few and honestly, can’t pick a favorite. They are all that amazing and the taco selection have just as many choices to pick from. You truly can not go wrong with dining here. We had Stephanie today as our waitress and she was so pleasant and nice, which just enhances the experience. Talk about experiences, they decorate for all the holidays which just makes it that much better. It’s amazing from the moment you walk in. The food is always consistently good. They never have an off night, at least not that we’ve experienced. Which can not always be said about other restaurants we’ve gone to. So yes, we highly recommend Cafe Silvestre for any dining options."

"this is my second visit and the food here is outstanding! I had the gringas Al Pastor tacos and my wife had the poblano enchiladas. Both were incredibly good. The guacamole was also top notch. Our server Sabrina was excellent and made good recommendations. The atmosphere was very fun and festive. They had a whole bunch of like tinsel and lights. It was kind of like a party. Highly recommend."

"Coming from Texas, we have had a hard time finding good Mexican food in Utah. My husband had Chile Verde and I had the Quesabirria tacos. The portions were good sized and the food was so delicious! Stephanie was our server and she was very knowledgeable about the menu, gave us suggestions of meals to order and was very attentive and personable. She was a rock star! The food came out of the kitchen super fast and hot. We will definitely be back soon! We highly recommend dining here!"

"Clean and cozy place. Entrance is kind of interesting but cool. Heads up if you do have a big party everyone does have to be there to be seated/put an order. Kind of busy but our food came out hot and delicious. We all enjoyed our plate a lot. Highly recommend coming here."
