"This is the sweetest and most relaxing place to meet friends and family for a good coffee or a bubble tea. It is very clean and the wait staff is pleasant and attentive. My coffee was an excellent start to the day. My good friends loved their bubble teas. Hope you give it a try! Not too much hustle. RELAXING"

"The service was terrible. The younger Asian lady that was not the person to take our order was extremely rude and condescending. She placed our food on the counter then proceeded to snatch our drink away asking “Is this yours , is this yours?” After we repeatedly said yes. She rolled her eyes and walked away with an attitude. We let it be. The Middle Easter lady that took our order was fairly pleasant and spoke up for me when I asked for assistance. We asked if the sandwiches could be cooked a little longer since we looked at the sandwiches before eating them. We noticed they were undercooked the bacon on the BLT was still raw and the cheese was not fully melted on the turkey, egg, and cheese. I am pregnant and can not consume raw food that’s why we asked if it cooked be cook a little more. The young Asian lady said “No that’s how the sandwich are cooked , it’s already cooked . Then she processed to argue with my grandmother about it. The Vietnamese Coffee was also very bitter and slightly sour almost as if the milk was sour or old. We didn’t want to make a scene so my grandmother said to gather our things and leave. We went to the car and I came back inside asking for the manager’s information or owners information since the phone line hasn’t worked for the store in a little while. As I’m asking for the information the young Asian lady calls the owner / manager and tells her side of the story. Tells me I can’t get the information and to reach out via the email on the sign in the front. I say thank you and leave. We’ve been to this place so many times before and have not encountered such trouble. We’ve placed our order over the phone, and ordered in the store numerous times and never experienced this. My grandmother comes here every Friday and eats at the store that is the first time that she has had to deal with such disrespect. We were very upset and dissatisfied with the underwhelming service. We will not be back because of how the young lady acted and treated us."

"So pleasantly surprised this place popped up in the neighborhood! Excellent drip coffee first of all, today's what I always look for and its reassuring when a place knows how to make real coffee, not just the fun drinks. Plenty of other coffee drinks, smoothies, plus bubble tea of course. I've also been really happy with the sandwiches, they have breakfast ones with egg and a few others (they could use a few other healthier snacks though, their pastries are all very indulgent). And sitting here is really nice, especially for a shopping center spot. They have chairs inside and out and a comfy back area where you can bring your laptop (excellent wifi). Overall much more than I was hoping for in this location and I hope they stick around!"

"- good coffee & tea - nice place to hang while enjoying coffee with plenty of seating. - prices not bad for the area. - plenty of parking spaces. - place seems to be clean and organized. - 3 Stars cause employees just kept staring at me while waiting in line and didn't greet me but did others. - overall not a bad first experience, just would be nice if staff had a personality with each customer that came in."

"5/3/2025: I was eyeing the honeydew melon smoothie. But, since it was before noon, I went with the large iced caramel macchiato. I paid $7.10; coffee’s getting expensive these days. It was too sweet for my liking and could have had a few more ice cubes as it was more warm than iced. After letting it rest, it cooled down. I will say, I rank their espresso better than Starbucks but lower than Peet’s Coffee. I should’ve went with my gut and tried the honeydew melon smoothie with honey boba :( Maybe next time…"
