"Watch this guy prepare your drink. I ordered tea, and while he was making it, he dropped the teabag on the floor, then tried to use it anyway, thinking I didn’t see. When I told him I saw what happened, he finally threw it away and started over. It takes less than two seconds to grab a new teabag. Imagine if I hadn’t been standing where I could see, I would’ve ended up drinking it. That’s unsanitary and unacceptable. Please teach your barista basic hygiene standards."

"Ordered a matcha latte but asked the barista to make it like their fall special “toasted marshmallow latte” (use matcha, instead of espresso). Maybe it was supposed to look and taste this way due to the way I ordered it but it really just tasted like milk a hint of matcha. I also did not enjoy the cinnamon bun. Very good and quick service though."
