What People Are Saying
from Google"We had dinner and drinks. It was a three course meal off a limited menu. Everyone at the table enjoyed their food. My steak was a little overcooked, but had great flavor and was tender. Service was excellent, efficient ordering, checking back for drinks, and clearing away dirty dishes."
"This place has changed over the years. I used to come to Trademark often when living in the area. The food was great. Our bartender was friendly. The staff was pleasant. Nice outdoor space which the didn't have years ago. The indoor space is large. Very bright inside. The house lights can come down a bit. It seems to be missing the cozy charm it once had. All in all it was fun to be back."
"If you’re ever in the Alexandria area and looking for a place where flavor meets sophistication, Trademark, Westin-Alexandria is a must-visit. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for what would be a memorable dining experience. It was modernly designed with a fantastic bar. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. You could taste the quality in each bite. It’s the kind of meal that makes you pause mid-bite just to appreciate what’s happening on your palate. 😂 I had the barbecue chicken panini. The service was equally impressive. The staff was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that hit the mark. You could tell they were genuinely invested in making sure we had a great time. The only downside, and it’s a minor one, was the temperature inside the restaurant. It was noticeably chilly, which made it slightly uncomfortable while eating. We found ourselves wishing we had brought an extra layer to stay warm throughout the meal. That said, the food and service far outweighed the cool air, and it’s definitely a place we would return to — hopefully next time with a sweater in tow. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates exceptional American cuisine served with class."
"Just an okay experience, disappointing for the price. I ate here for breakfast once and dinner once — service at breakfast was unbelievably slow and drink refills were hard to come by, even though the restaurant was mostly empty. Dinner service was better but still not great. Sausage links were very dry and bland and the eggs were a bit underdone (breakfast), but my burger (dinner) was cooked very well and the fries were good."
"I ate here over the course of several days while staying at the hotel. The food was really good and the service was pretty good too. My first night, I had the fish and chips and the first was huge. That night for dessert, I had the sticky toffee pudding and it was also amazing. I do wish they had more vegetarian options though. For lunch I ordered the sweet potato fries and buffalo chicken spring rolls. The fries were ok, but I ordered them without reading the description so I didn't realize they had pork in them, so I couldn't eat them. The spring rolls were good."
