"Long overdue to review — consistently solid, like a homemade sandwich day after Thanksgiving but every day of the year at Earl’s! Never had a bad meal here, though my wife (from Lake Charles Louisiana) wasn’t a huge fan of the gumbo. Turkey and cranberry is cant’ miss, ditto with the Brie. Keep up the good work!"

"Best sandwich I’ve ever had. I got the turkey and Brie. You can see the cranberry sauce/relish brewing right there in a big stainless steel pot on the stove right behind the cashier. Everything was warm and melty and delicious. Great ingredients. Friendly staff. Good music playing. Fast service. Chill little tucked away spot. First time here so I can’t speak to rest of the menu but it’s gotta be great. Five stars."

"Really good neighborhood sandwich shop! Sandwiches are large, good ingredients, fair prices. Today I had the Fish and Chips whole sandwich with cheddar cheese added. It was really good, but could've used a few more pickle slices and firmer bread, as it was getting a bit soggy and falling apart as I ate it. I like my bread a little crispier/harder but I might be in the minority. The cod fillet used was big and tasty! Despite some minor quibbles, I will definitely be returning. Basic small seating area, more than half of their business is clearly carryout. Next time I will order ahead of time online."

"Every time I'm anywhere near Earl's while out doing errands I stop in and get a sandwich. Now this is the way a lunch sandwich should be- clearly REAL turkey meat, fresh lightly toasted multigrain bread, green (not white/yellow) lettuce and (in my favorite case) real cranberry spread. So good and reasonably-priced; I could eat lunch here many days/week if I were in the area more frequently."

"This sandwich shop is cozy. There isn’t much in seating available in store. They make each sandwich to order, so there can be a wait if it’s busy. I would recommend ordering ahead during peak hours. We ordered the Cuban Club and the Steak & Brie. The Cuban Club had the best flavor. The Steak & Brie was a cheesesteak with fancy cheese. The fries were okay. They have a cane soda fountain machine."
