"I really enjoyed the sandwiches here — they were so fresh and flavorful! My favorite was definitely the mushroom sandwich, it was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the veggies were super fresh. The coffee, though, was a bit too strong for my taste, but overall the food made up for it. The café has a cozy and bright atmosphere, perfect for brunch or studying. Definitely worth visiting if you’re nearby! ☕🥪"

"I have come here for during a calm morning to have some coffee and during a busier lunch time to get some food. The coffee (I had cold brew specifically) is fantastic with delicious baked goods to compliment it. The sandwiches are a bit intense, as those type are, but taste great with seemingly fresh ingredients. It can be hard to find a seat, but the atmosphere is generally nice albeit a bit cramped. All-in-all I will certainly be coming back here, especially for a nice cup of coffee in the calmer morning."

"Went to GAVI twice while being in the Chantilly area over the weekend while visiting King Spa. The Cafe is very CUTE ans honestly the selection is top tier. It's a little overwhelming because everything looks so GOOD but honestly you can't go wrong with making any choice. The first time we went, we dined in, and while it was busy by the time we ordered food a table had opened up for us. My Husband and I tried the cheese sandwiches, he had Bulgogi and I had the Smoked Salmon. He had a hot Flat White and I had a cold Caramel Einspanner Latte (DELICIOUS). The second time we had takeout before hitting the road and got a cortada, a dirty chai, a delicious spinach feta pastry, a blueberry fruit tart, a chocolate croffle (🤤), a raisin pastry and a chocolate Castello. bread. Everything was a 10/10 and we are a little sad we live so far away! The staff were all very helpful and sweet."

"I came here for lunch and ordered the bacon egg sandwich and the smoked salmon egg sandwich. They were fresh and hot, and I devoured them in no time. I also got a cube pastry and it was good- crispy outside, soft chewy inside. I've had other pastries from places be too hard or burnt, but this one was good. The coffee and matcha was also nice and toasty, and they had a wide selection of other bread and desserts."

"20251122 The warm Sausage and cheese pastry was ok. Some onion, not enough meat. I found a lint on the bottom part of the pastry. 20251014 Oh my goodness! I baked the blueberry cream pastry and Spinach Feta pastry, and they were so flaky and delicious! 20251013 Was in the area and found this little bakery. So many things that I wanted. I love mangoes and so happy to see mango pastries. The bulgogi egg and cheese was delicious even even it was cold by the time I got home. I ate the mango croffle, and to my surprise, the egg waffle looking cake has a mild sweetness taste which made it so good. The mango cream was yummy! Even my extremely finicky pup liked it. Nate was very patient, friendly and helpful. I would come back again."
