"I am writing this message today to send a complaint to your downtown location on one of your employees by the name Aaron one of your shift leads. I was on the Downtown shop yesterday where I asked several weeks in advance could I come by and record some footage which he didnt see that it was a problem and I was a paying customer as well. He told me it was ok to film. Once I started filming different angels thats when he got a little disgruntled and angry with me. My family has been customer since the mid 90s. The customers were not complaining they were actually complimenting me and was interested in what I was doing. He continued to roll his eyes at me with anger on his face when I attempted to apologize. So I left the business. I think it was very rude of him to treat a paying customer like this, when he told me itbwas fine to do so. I googled the business even weeks before I came and saw alot of people recording footage as well.He was being very unprofessional that it made the other two employees uncomfortable. I would like to have him either a write up or a warning and maybe some lessons on how to treat people who payed money at this business when i was giving the ok to do what I was doing."
