"What can I say? The donut was good. Chocolate dipped w salted caramel driz & topped off w choco sprinkles. It was delicious. The sausage egg and cheese donut sando was not good, made in the microwave and more expensive then my bagel sausage egg and chz from bodos (pic included of the real deal I got after I left) that beat the hell out of whatever that was trying to be. The manager was nice and refunded the $6 to my card. They are "hiring," but my guess is that the pay is low... like I don't need to buy groceries or pay rent or a car payment low... I guess you get what ya pay for when it comes to labor. Would not go back. There are other locations that have way better service and, therefore, better products. Best of luck. No hard feelings but yikes. I'd skip this location."

"We love Duck donuts and all the selections! I remember when it was only in Duck, NC that you could get them. Donuts are our Christmas morning treats and the kids have just as much fun picking them out as they do eating them. Its such a fun tradition made better by Duck Donuts because now they can also watch them being made on Chrismas eve!"

"I’ve always enjoyed Duck Donuts, but today’s experience was disappointing. The donuts tasted different—almost like the quality has diminished. They didn’t have the same freshness or flavor I’m used to. The service was also lacking. When we arrived, there were only two staff members, and no one was available to handle the coffee station. This led to unnecessary delays, and by the time we got our order, our donuts had already gone cold. A third staff member eventually showed up but seemed unaware of the backlog, which didn’t help the situation. Overall, it felt disorganized, and the quality just wasn’t there. Hopefully, this was just an off day, but I expected better."

"Good for donut cravings, especially if you want warm, fresh donuts. They’re a little on the cake-ier and sweeter side I like the seasonal fruit flavored donuts like peach and apple, but otherwise the maple bacon and oreo flavors are good too"

"Once you come inside the store, they greet you with happy faces and positive vibes! You have to go to the back to order your donuts. It’s basically a build your own donut place- the donut itself is vanilla based and made fresh as soon as you place your order. At the cashier, there is a table with examples of possible donuts you can create! The donuts come out warm which is a rare delight! The icing melts on top which makes sense but it’s a bit gooey to eat :P"
