"We’ve been to Hickory Trading company a few times and each time has been a great experience. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is fun and different. I love that it feels different than just a regular coffee shop and that there are different rooms to sit. There are a lot of board games that can be played and also local art to purchase. My husband and I took our computers to get some work done and it was a great place to do that. The honey lavender latte is delicious! Would highly recommend that!"

"I didn’t want to leave a negative review because I’ve been in and had a good experience before but wanted to shed some light especially for a new owner situation. My drink was very pricey today. $8 for a small latte that wasn’t even filled and tasted horrible was a huge disappointment so I felt I needed to shed light on the situation."

"This was my 1st time here. Super cute cafe with things for sale from local artists. We stopped in for a quick bit and got the Spaghetti Western Panini. We played checkers while we waited. (I was going to give 4 stars because it took a long time to get the food, but their recovery was good. It was a holiday so they were busier than usual. The solo employee working called in the owner for back up and things got moving quickly.) They also sell locally roasted coffee and local honey. I will definitely go back."
