"Menu is on a QR code that is facing opposite traffic. First question from my server is "what's a good phone number for you?" I am ordering a coffee in a drive thru. Why do you need this information? Are you going to call me in case I get lost in the next 50 feet I have to drive to get my coffee?"
"My girlfriend and I stopped here for the first time yesterday during a long drive from NC to VA, and we made a detour because 7 Brew is supposedly known for being fast, friendly, and professional, but our experience was the complete opposite and not worth the extra hour it added to our trip. Right away, the employee who took our order was rude and dismissive, and didn’t even offer a menu or explain anything, just asked “what do you want?” The menu board was also hard to read because it kept switching between ads, so we couldn’t even view it properly. The drinks were just as disappointing. I got a matcha latte and it tasted like grass clippings mixed with overly sweet milk. Overall it feels like the Crumbl Cookie version of coffee drinks, overpriced sugary milk drinks that barely taste like anything, and the fact they use Torani syrups says a lot. To top it off, my girlfriend politely asked for a sticker on the way out after we spent over $20, and the same employee rudely said the stickers are “only for customers who pay with gift cards.” Petty and unprofessional. Coffee enthusiasts beware, avoid this place."
