"I went to this 7/11 October 3rd, 2025 around 3:12am it’s 24/7 so me and my boyfriend thought we could grab a late night snack , we arrived and not even 3 minutes in the store the clerk, a short bald in the middle colored man yelled at us telling us to pay fast and get out about 3 times because he was going to lock the door we were still looking for options to buy. His customer service is terrible! Need to fire him immediately after when we got our items to pay on the counter he accused us of stealing. Do better 711. Horrible experience never coming back."

"I just bought two 7-11 brand Rice Crispy bars. I go to eat one and as I pulled my hand back, I see a big black dot in between the air pockets.. I pull it open, used my phone flashlight to see what it is, and it's a smashed baby roach!! So, I just opened a brand new bar just now to make sure nothing was wrong with... And I find something WAY WORSE!!! And I have pictures to back my statement.... I'm disgusted at what I've been putting in my body and highly disappointed at 7-11 and their manufacturers..."

"On several occasions I’ve seen the staff fighting with the customers. Tonight 1/10/24 was the final straw. I opened the door to see a huge fight between an associate and a customer. Part of working in customer service is having the ability to deescalate a situation. Inability to do so creates an unsafe environment for their other customers. The associates at this location fuel the fire by screaming back at their customers. I turned around and walked away for the very last time. I will never even attempt to go back to this location. I typically avoid it anyways, I suggest anyone reading this does also."

"The employee inside closes the store sometimes at night and don't customers in. Avoid this branch. Worker inside refused to open even though it is supposed to be open 24 hrs."
