"As someone who is NOT gluten-free, this is still a MUST TRY!!!! I noticed they had just opened the first time I tried this place. The owner is super nice and welcoming and explained what they had/what was recommended. I tried the cinnamon swirl bread and I have to say it's one of the best pastries I've ever had in downtown Fred, maybe even my #1 favorite❤️ I've gone back three times now to get my cinnamon swirl bread! The second time I went back, I tried the chili and the cornbread and those are amazing as well! I'm not the type of person that could eat cornbread every day, but I could eat their cornbread every day...it's that good!! Everything I've tried here is SOOO GOOOD that you won't be able to tell the difference as someone who consumes gluten. A must try if you're in the downtown Fred area!"

"Cute size store. Seating great for a short visit. I like the idea of a reduced price for older cookies. Rather than throw away it's an opportunity to buy them to go with desserts as a crumble. I think if you are gluten free but can enjoy products with dairy this is a good option. Being gluten free and dairy free it did not provide as many choices. Gluten free downtown eating greatly enhances the shopping and strolling on Caroline."

"This cafe has the best gluten free baked goods I've ever had. The texture, crumb, and moistness of everything I tried was absolutely perfect, not to mention how wonderful the flavor was. The chocolate muffin was the best I've ever had and the hot cocoa donut was top notch as well. After finishing everything I immediately went up and ordered some of their cornbread and cookies to take home to try. Highly recommend this place to everyone, even the gluten free skeptics."

"A super cute completely gluten free cafe. I want to eat everything here but for this visit I got a double chocolate muffin, hot chocolate donut, and chocolate chip cookie. The donut was delicious and the little marshmallows really sealed the deal. The cookie was also great and on the soft but crunchy side which I like. The muffin was heavy (not kidding, it’s like a meal unto itself) and rich and perfectly chocolatey. I had to make restrain myself so I didn’t eat everything in one sitting. I would definitely go back and try their other baked goods as well as their savory offerings. Excellent food and very friendly people!"
