"This is my favorite spot in Fredericksburg! I have never been served a bad latte or pastry from here! Their seasonal drinks are always fun and delicious. I’m always stopping here when I’m in town! This rating is more like a 4.75 stars! My only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars is that they do not have wifi. It would be nice to be able to go there and get work done since I love the atmosphere and their coffee so much."

"Another great stop at Hyperion Espresso coffee shop! Got the grand mocha with oat milk. It was delicious. Just wish there was an option for when dining in to get coffee in a ceramic instead of to-go. Also got the Tea Cake and gluten free brownie. The Tea Cake was a little dry for my liking. Could possibly be the time of day that it had been sitting out. But with the time of day there were still a variety of pastries to choose from. Definitely a stop when I’m downtown Fredericksburg 👍"

"Great little coffee spot. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for an espresso, and was glad to find they also had mini biscotti (as I didn’t want a full pastry). Service was very friendly, quick, and the coffee was genuinely fantastic! It was strong, but well balanced and not overly bitter. Would have again!"

"Absolutely wonderful coffee! My favorite is the frozen white mocha with cinnamon and caramel. Genuinely, some of the best coffee I've ever had. I always love to visit when I'm in Fredericksburg!"
