"I loved the Lavender Matcha🧋going to re-review once I’ve tried your 🥧 So did try your Mushroom/sun dried tomato/Parmesan pie and tbh it fell short because the pre-made pie was reheated, which made it hard and crusty. I think, the price would be justified if you added a side to the order. Sides can range from mashed potatoes, mashed peas but not a salad as it would not pair well. The filling was tasty, however."

"I don't usually leave reviews because who cares about my two cents... but the barista let me know that this shop is fairly new and leaving a review helps- so why not?! This place was a life saver on my 16 hour drive home. I needed caffeination desperately, so I got the Pina Colada energy drink with lemonade. It's tastier than my usual Red Bull, but it didn't give me that jittery, about to have a heart attack feeling. I also got the Quiche which was delicious, I scarfed it down before I could take a photo, but hopefully you'll take that as a good sign. The bathrooms were also amazingly clean, which was refreshing after too many questionable gas stations. Only complaint that I can think of is that the chairs were a little stiff, but I'm pretty sure all cafe chairs are supposed to cause spinal injury. I definitely recommend to anyone suffering on I-95 or just looking for a pick-me-up!"

"I’ve never had a matcha from a boba tea shop this good before. The matcha was a vivid green, the flavors were delicious, and the boba was a good texture with a flavor they didn’t over power the matcha. Our matchas are long gone and we miss them dearly. Bathrooms were clean, plenty of seating with outlets next to them, and a very kind barista named Josephine. The drinks she made were SO GOOD! And she gave us a well rehearsed introduction to TGWR. My only critiques are that it was hard to get a parking spot near by but the walk was nice and the sign says TGWR and not The Grand White Rabbit Tea Co so it was a little confusing to find. A logo would have been nice. Ordered: Iced Mango Matcha and Iced Regular Matcha"

"Best matcha in Fredericksburg! They do ceremonial matcha, and it’s like night and day vs the latte powders you get elsewhere. The pies are also great. Very nice staff as well!"
