The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful, and filled with calm energy that allows you to relax, reflect, and truly be present. It’s the kind of place where thoughts flow easily and conversations unfold naturally. I ordered The Settlement Latte, and it was absolutely delicious smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Paired with one of their homemade brownies, baked right in their own kitchen, it made for a comforting and memorable treat. You can genuinely taste the love and care poured into everything they serve. What moved me most was the depth of culture in the space itself. The walls are beautifully adorned with pictures and artifacts celebrating Black history powerful reminders of legacy, strength, and pride. Every corner tells a story, making it more than just a coffee shop; it’s a space that honors heritage and community. "FELT LIKE HOME! From the layout of the space to the cozy chairs, to a wall of free books to read.. this space is something special! Very clean, the music was at the perfect volume, the staff were welcoming and professional! I order Ali’s Macha and a Turkey and Swiss Croissant — a great bite to start the day. "Today was my second visit to the Culture Cafe - first was last weekend (so good I wanted to go back!). I’ve been on the hunt for a great latte (local - not a major chain), and this did not disappoint. Last weekend we tried some food - avocado toast and a breakfast sandwich, and both were very good. Several small tables to dine in, with additional comfy seating options to sit back and relax. Great atmosphere, community focused, very welcoming environment! Look forward to my next visit 💙"

"I'm not a regular coffee drinker but woke up craving coffee for some reason. I popped into Culture Cup and was pleasantly surprised. The ambiance is very cute and the staff were really friendly. I ordered off the fall drinks menu and the Langston was really good! Will be back!"

"Positively lovely and cozy. Perfect spot to chat or read. Coffee drinks were very well crafted and specials were creative and flavourful. The place was welcoming, clean and even had books to browse Anna read while there. Great local joint, wood frequent again when back in the area."
