"So glad I found this special spot! I'm a huge coffee person & take it quite seriously when I go to new places! The espresso taste spectacular here, it's some of the best flavored coffee I've had in awhile (and has a very creamy smooth texture)! I love that they have fun flavor options to try as well! (Personally, the banana gingerbread latte is DROOL WORTHY) If you haven't gone yet, you gotta go try it! Something else worth mentioning is this spot is completely pet friendly! A huge bonus for me as I love taking my pup out on adventures with me! He definitely gets a pup cup!!"

"I visit Foxtail almost every day, and each experience reminds me why I keep coming back. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the team consistently goes above and beyond—but I especially want to highlight Paige. When I first started coming regularly, Paige took my order and treated me with such kindness. A few days later, she greeted me with, “Good morning, Brandie,” and I was genuinely surprised and touched that she remembered my name. That small gesture made a big impression. Now, I come in so often that the entire team knows my order, and I’ve had the chance to observe how they interact with others as well. Every barista I’ve encountered has been friendly and helpful, but Paige truly stands out. She leads by example, carries herself with professionalism, and treats guests with genuine care. I was honestly shocked to learn she’s not the manager—because everything about the way she handles herself reflects true leadership. Foxtail is always a great experience, and Paige is a big part of that."

"I LOVE it here. Foxes are my favorite animal, and Lavendar Chai is one of my favorite drinks, so of couse I'm gonna love it. The decor is cozy and inviting, and the staff are very friendly. "Foxtail Coffee at West Broad Village is one of my favorite hangout spots in ShortPump! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a cozy, modern atmosphere with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, and a relaxed vibe that makes it great for both working and unwinding. The coffee is excellent—smooth, flavorful, and always freshly made. I especially love their Iced Latte with Mocha foam on top, and their ice creams are always fresh and delicious. The baristas are friendly and genuinely welcoming, which adds so much to the experience. Being located in West Broad Village is a big bonus, too. There’s plenty of parking, and it’s a fun area to explore before or after your coffee break. Whether you're a local or just visiting Richmond, Foxtail is definitely worth checking out!"

"Perfectly good coffee—it’s not a fancy local spot like Ironclad but I knew that going in. Good seating, especially outdoors! A little farmhouse-y for my personal taste but it was cute and clean. I would definitely go if I lived in the area."
