"This was my first visit but it won't be my last, I had the orange plate special which was the turkey wings,Mac and cheese, rice,fried cabbage,potatoe salad and a side salad, needless to say I had enough to bring home a take out container, the prices are,very affordable, the quantity of food large portions, the customer service, is warm and friendly and the atmosphere is very comfortable so yes it is dine in, I can't say enough about Charlotte's just get there early I went at 3 and the meatloaf was out! I will continue to support!"

"The food is delicious! The staff are friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have about any of the dishes being served. I tried the carrot souffle for the first time assuming I wouldn't like it and I was pleasantly surprised. The Hummingbird cake was also a winner. It was moist and met all my expectations! I loved the vibe and atmosphere of the restaurant. Can't wait to go back and try new dishes!"

"Staff is friendly, Food is delicious, Facility is very clean. The only negative is that food is on the pricey side. It adds up quick for a meal. Definately a once in a while kind of spot. My suggestion is to please consider rotating the Orange Plate specials offered. This way customers have more decent priced options."

"The decor is inviting and beautiful. I love the bathroom decor. Food ok expensive. The food was warm not hot. Try it you may like it. My husband had the liver and he enjoyed his meal. I had fried flounder. Fish need to be hot out the grease or oven."

Customer service: Understaffed; polite and professional. However, food was not hot! My party and I (total of 6) were at Charlotte's before the door opened and the food, (fried chicken, baked chicken, seafood lasagna, spaghetti, and the meatloaf) was cold and dry (too much heat lamp on food) ***Charlotte's Cafeteria is a hit or miss.
