"The food was amazing and the customer service here is world class! Every entree is cooked with love and the drinks did not disappoint! I experienced the shrimp and grits and also the catfish sandwich with asparagus! We couldn't leave out the wings, so we tried the buffalo lemon pepper wings which were more lemon pepper than anything but they made it right by offering a buffalo sauce that was also tasty! Overall good vibes and an attentive staff! I highly recommend! Shout out to Trish and Kiersten behind the bar as well!"

"A rainy Sunday afternoon was filled with warmth, as my beau and I sat down in The Deep. We were instantly greeted and met with menus! The food? Absolutely delicious, and just as pleasant to look at. I ordered a Short Rib and Grits bowl off their brunch menu, and boy… it was something. The “onion hay”, was a textural bonanza and a flavor fiesta all at once. Highly recommend this place if you love some soul, seafood, and a good background playlist. We will be dreaming of our next visit in the meantime."

"The vibe of the place was great! We actually spoke with everybody at the bar and had a good time. The service was kind of slow often forgetting items. They have a really good menu, but it doesn’t taste as good as it looks. Everyone at the bar was reaching for salt and pepper and commenting on the lack of seasoning. Specifically the goat cheese grits, just aren’t it. Try with caution."

"The deep is not a disappointment. It’s delicious! We had the artichoke crab dip, lobster and crab meat mac & cheese, stuffed baker, lobster roll and my 7 yr old got the barbecue sandwich but he only got it with barbecue sauce and bacon. The hush puppies were moist (yeah MOIST) and crunchy. The only con is some of the menu items are given weird names so it’s not quite clear as to what it is until you look at their pictures online. Stuffed baker for instance is a big baked potato stuffed with short rib cheese sour cream chives and served on melted gooey cheese."

"Really awesome food with equally awesome staff. A great way to start the day. We got a Bellini, they home fries, the deep omelette and the short rib grits. Everything was phenomenal. We will definitely have to go back to try more."
