"I was pleasantly surprised by Joe Muggs! The espresso flavor tasted fresh in my latte and the ratio was perfect! Their coffee tasted very high quality especially for the price. Staff was very friendly and they have a lot of flavors to choose from."

"I was not at all satisfied with my service and quality of my beverage. I cam in on Satruday, 05/13. I ordered hot coco and coffee. I was told it would take ten minutes to brew my coffee, which I didn't mind, except that the person who took my order didn't act as if they wanted to brew it. I also ordered a hot coco. When I left with it, all of the chocolate was at the bottom of the cup, so I had to mix it all together to get the chocolate blended so I could taste it. It didn't mix well and I am not at all happy with Joe Muggs at all. Very disappointded in the quality of your store."
