"What a lovely, sweet little place! We stopped in for lunch today. The young lady behind the counter couldn't have been kinder or more welcoming. I ordered the Marquette sandwich (grilled cheese) with herbed tomato spread and my cousin ordered a bagel with salmon. I made a special request for how I wanted my sandwich cooked and the cook made it exactly right. I followed up with a Little Flower Tea Latte, which was unusual but quite tasty. We thought the cafe was just adorable and would definitely recommend you visit."

Service was only okay. Important to remember that you selling an experience, not just coffee. Eye contact and engagement are key. We can get coffee anywhere. Parking is always an issue but you can work around it."
