"The best place to have your child's birthday party in Richmond! The staff here is spectacular! They take care of EVERYTHING! As a parent, this is very important to us. The kids get to really play with each other and bond. We chose to do the slime and tie-dye party this year with the extra 30 min (black light) glow dance. An unforgettable experience. Would highly recommend!"

"100% would recommend this place for any kids party!! This was our first visit and I planned the glow dance party for my 10 year old daughter. The team members handled the entire event- even down to packing up our cake and gifts altogether! It was nice to be able to watch the kids enjoy the party and not host. Pizza (from Sergio’s next door) was absolutely delicious! My daughter didn’t want it to end she had such a great time. Would highly recommend and will be back. Worth every penny!"

"The barista was very friendly. The pumpkin spice muffin and apple chia latte were delicious. There's a little art shop with ice cream coolers. Artwork everywhere. There is pottery that you can paint in the coffee/ art shop. A couple different rooms are in the back where you can do art work. Lots of seating inside and there's some tables and chairs outside as well. Definitely recommend checking this place out."

"I had a wonderful time hosting my daughter’s 5th Birthday. The Art Factory made everything so effortlessly smooth. We had help from Lilli as our day of liaison. She was incredibly. I’m used to setting up everything myself for my daughter’s birthday and she initiated with opening bags, setting up the tables, decorating, and helping me decided where to place balloons. She had the music ready and checked in on our throughout the party. I was impressed and pleased with everything. I would definitely have another party here and recommend the Play Space to any moms with littles who have a ton of energy. All of the kids loved the space and played the entire time. "This past week I got to see some old friends, meet new ones, and finally meet in person some of my FaceBook Painty friends from maybe 9-10 years or more at The Art Factory Body Art Fest 2025. The enthusiasm of being in the company of so many amazingly talented artists iThe Art Factory Body Art Fest in my opinion is one of the best Art events around. It's like going to a GetAway Retreat experience where you're together for possibly 16 or more hours with your peers without running hither and yon trying to get to your next class. It's all levels simultaneously learning and sharing ideas. Tal, her staff, and even her family do an amazing job putting this event together making each and everyone of us feel warm, welcome, and individually special."
