"Great place in the hospital. The baristas are friendly and the coffee comes out quick. Oat and almond milk alternatives if you want them. Espresso drinks come out hot, iced, or blended. The drinks menu is very large, including hot cocoa and apple cider for non-caffeinated drinks. Five stars for me would be if they had soy milk, house-made sauces, and fresh baked goods, but this place is pretty great still, especially considering it's just a hospital cafe!"

"2 watery espresso shots make a really watery Americano. Only to be told that an Americano is espresso and hot water, as if I had no clue what I ordered. I make it and drink every day, every day. An espresso shot should not look like a shot of dirty water. I don’t want extra strong coffee, just a standard Americano. I don’t understand why he told me what an americano is, was he trying to be he rude? In turn, after sleeping 4 hours a day on a hospital couch or chair, I was rude. I told them what was wrong in a very cold and annoyed tone, I wasn’t super polite, I was annoyed and had to walk away after replacing my americano with an equally undrinkable carafe brew. Both were so thin they could only be called coffee flavored water. I don’t know if it wasn’t the correct amount of espresso grounds or if the grind wasn’t an espresso grind. The guy at the register was very nice and did try to help before. I just snapped at them and said I was leaving with a regular coffee from the carafe. I suggest a short YouTube video on how to pull a shot correct grinds etc."

"This coffee rocks!!! I always get iced lattes and you can really taste the quality of the coffee..it’s soooo goooood!!! The smell draws ya in at the hospital, and the taste and service brings ya back!! Brittany (B) gives top service!! I just told her what I liked and she makes it and she also invents drinks!! I tried this apple one she created today and yummmmmmm!!!"

"I love love the tropical twist frozen and I love it hot. I went in the morning and asked for it and the young man working was so kind and knew exactly what I was asking for because I couldn't remember the name. The young lady with the green hair and tats was extremely rude and said that it was not a menu item and never had been. When the gentleman said it was she rolled her eyes and huffed. He made it for me and was very pleasent. She looked at me like I was irritating her. I will never go back in if she is there. I do hope the owner sees this and addresses her about her very hateful attitude."
