"First time in and honestly I’m a bit disappointed for what I got and what I paid. Was extremely expensive for a vanilla latte with a milk substitute plus a breakfast sandwich. The latte almost had a bitter taste to it and so small for a $8-9 coffee, and the sandwich was clearly not anything special (for as much as they hype it up). I’m all for supporting smaller local spots, but I can spend $20 at a local coffee spot a block or two down for something a little worth my money."

"Their tea selection is quite good, and their egg & cheese biscuits are so yummy. I also love the breakfast burritos & my husband loves the drip coffee. The muffins are amazing. The staff is always so chill. Nice calm place to go to get caffeinated :)"

"I went in to try out this establishment. I requested and was charged for decaf coffee which Mikhala said she could make. She present me with a double espresso in which I don’t drink and never order! She then stated she could refund my $6.13 for the plain black decaf coffee I requested. And instructed me to email her boss Brad. The email bounced back of course. And I still haven’t received my refund for the error that they caused."

"We found this place on Happy Cow while looking for a place to grab some morning coffee/matcha and breakfast. It was right down the street from the Oriental Garden we were coming from, so it seemed like a good choice. So happy that we got to experience this place. Great food, coffee, matcha and service! They have a lot of vegan and gluten free options, which we were excited about. We both opted for the oatmeal and added flax, dried cherries and peanut butter. It's made with their housemade plant milk and was delicious! Loved the atmosphere and the artwork also. Overall, this was a great find and a fantastic way to end our quick Norfolk excursion."

"Stopped in otw to work. Super cute place, great service, but absolutely the worst espresso I have ever had. When I walked into work I took a sip and the look on my face. I said "this is the worst espresso I've ever had. "My coworker says "Did you go to three ships? That place is horrible." A different co worker takes a sip and sits it down and his eyes went wide by how bad it was. I dont know if its the beans or the machine needs to be cleaned but espresso should ever taste like whatever that was."
