"Blanchard's is about the vibe. Inside a retro-looking building, it photographs beautifully. Their coffee menu is simple, but good. I enjoyed the hazelnut latte and my wife liked their chai latte. They often have seasonal drinks on the menu."

However, during my visit this morning around 7:15 a.m., I was disappointed by the customer service I received. I was not greeted, and the interaction began abruptly with “What’s the name?” which felt unwelcoming. I understand that early mornings can be challenging, as I also work in healthcare and see patients at that time, but I make it a priority to remain respectful and courteous. When I was informed that my coffee could not be unsalted, I responded that it was fine and understood. However, when I asked for a drink tray, the response I received felt dismissive and unpleasant, as if I was inconveniencing the staff or being treated as though I come in daily. This interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I value this establishment and hope this feedback can help improve future customer interactions."
