"The tapioca pearls at Boba Tea & Snow Ice House RVA are some of the best I’ve ever had. The milk tea itself was also high quality and really enjoyable. However, the atmosphere could use some improvement, as there was a musty smell when we visited. The staff weren’t particularly personable, but they do make a great drink."

"Super bright and cute boba spot near Carytown! The shop is very bright and airy, and the staff are very kind. We got their bubble waffle with strawberries, a boba tea, and the apple soda. There are several things on their menu that I haven't seen at other shops around town, so I'd definitely recommend coming by and checking out their options. Everything we tried was delicious! There is some seating downstairs, along with seating upstairs and outside as well. It's not very large, but there's space to sit down with a few friends. There's also usually parking this side of Carytown, so it's a great place to park and get a snack before strolling along."

"Amazing experience. Friday night may be busy but it still wasn’t a long wait for two people making fresh boba! So much better than another place we went to tonight to try. Would 100% go back here again and again. Can’t wait to try more flavors. Update: we continue to love Boba Tea & Snow Ice house! We have now tried their smoothies and yogurt. The yogurt is good- taste more like juice! The smoothies are amazing with the jelly pop! The waffles are also very delicious!!"

"Literally the best boba in Richmond! So clean, sweet family running the place, and everything I have tried is amazing. The boba and tea are made fresh, everything is done thoughtfully. I don't think you can go wrong with ordering anything here, but I normally get the coconut milk tea with taro jam. Always our go to! 🫖"

"Drinks were mediocre and overpriced. No restroom, which is really convenient in an establishment that is selling beverages, and you're handicapped and have to take diuretics. I'm obviously being sarcastic. I had to hurriedly jaywalk to the McDonald's across the street so I wouldn't pee my pants. I'm 45. It just looks bad. Don't waste your money here."
