What People Are Saying

from Google

"Moving in was super easy, and the leasing team—Shirae, Walter, and Alejandro—have been awesome to work with. Each building has its own vibe, and the amenities are split up but open to everyone, which is great. The neighbors have been friendly, and the staff always makes an effort to host monthly events and networking opportunities. It’s been a great experience so far!"

"I would strongly warn anyone thinking about renting from Greystar. Be prepared to pay extra for everything — even things that make no sense. They forced a $25/month “trash valet” fee even though the garbage chute was just 10 yards from my apartment. We fought it, but they charged us anyway. They also made me pay $400 for carpet cleaning, and then replaced the carpet and billed me again for that too. When I asked for proof, no receipts or photos were provided. If you are moving out, do not pay the cleaning fee, trust me, just leave as is, and wait for the charges. They are scammers and are just trying to take your money you earned. Also, they dont give the crap about you or your needs. To make things worse, the property felt unsafe. One night, someone shot through a door trying to break in, and police entered the building fully armed and ready for a gunfight. Management never warned tenants or communicated at all while armed men were inside. They completely hid what happened instead of addressing it honestly. Between the hidden fees, double charges, and lack of basic safety communication, this company has shown zero care for its tenants. Greystar takes advantage of residents financially and hides serious safety incidents. Rent anywhere else if you value transparency and peace of mind."

"Ink remains a place that I am happy to call home. The original "new build" of Scott's Addition, the Collection has an inherent sense of connection. The staff, Walter, Alejandro, Ray, Devon, David and Sherae work extremely hard to provide prompt customer service with enthusiasm and kindness. The switchover to Greystar management has allowed Walter and staff to redefine the community, expressing generosity and thoughtfulness, and create unique opportunities for engagement. Apartments are thoughtfully put together and very energy and water efficient. Not to mention that I adore my neighbors and wouldn't trade them for the world! Below is a review based on the previous management system, Capital Square Living, taking place between March 2024- March 2025. I watched this place be built and dreamed of living here. Now I do live here and I couldn't be happier. It's one thing to have all the amenities and luxuries you only imagined but it's a very different perk that we have in the staffing that manages this property and its siblings, Gem & Viv. Kelly, Rebecca, and Cynthia create a tremendous team together and I feel grateful for their care. Their vivacious, incredibly generous, and grounding candor makes Ink and Scott's Collection a true community - not just a building. The maintenance team is utterly professional, experienced, and incredibly timely. In a world of unknowns, Ink feels honest and respectful in their approach to prospective tenants, and delivers the look it sells as good as any great "ink" does - a "trend-SETTING luxury (community) with heart and soul.""

"The apartments themselves are GORGEOUS, well laid-out, and have features that just make sense. But what’s even better than the amazing apartments is the staff that supports the property. Whether it’s the maintenance manager or anyone in the office staff - everyone is incredible, welcoming, and genuinely loves what they do (I really can’t stress enough how wonderful they all are). In addition, there are resident events that people actually go to and enjoy. This creates a beautiful comradery between residents I’ve never experienced when living in a complex. So, if you have any question about whether this place is for you, ask yourself, do I want to fall in love with where I live? If the answer is yes, move here."

★★★★★

"Most likely great if you are not unlucky While I have mixed feelings about this review, overall I think that Ink is a great place to live. The complex boasts a swimming pool and access to other associated buildings, while the apartments themselves are new and the facility team organizes monthly events. They are also friendly and easy to talk to. However, I do have a problem with my specific apartment, 205. There is a constant high-pitched sound that I believe is coming from the AC unit. Despite my efforts to address the issue with the facility team which lasted for months, the final resolution was that it couldn't be fixed without major interventions to the walls. Unfortunately, this sound has made it inconvenient for me to sleep. Despite this issue, I still believe that Ink deserves a high rating. If not for the persistent noise, I would have given it five stars."
