"My father really enjoyed his time living at The Otis the past couple of years. Beautiful property. Grit Coffee by the lobby is an absolute treat (great cappuccino!). The pool and workout facilities are awesome. Fun social events throughout the year. Even though my father was quite a bit older than the majority of residents, he always felt welcome at events. The Otis staff are all terrific professionals who provided my father guidance, especially when he needed to move to an apartment closer to the elevator due to a back injury that required surgery. The staff was above and beyond gracious with him and we really appreciate them and their extra efforts. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Otis to anyone of all ages (college-aged, young adults, even older adults like my father) considering it."

"This apartment building is one of the nicest I’ve been to. The location is by breweries and a ton of restaurants in walking distance. The views are incredible and the amenities are luxurious. Courtyard pool, a diy pet spa, balcony with grills and seating, lounge with pool table and keg, private garage parking, attached coffee shop, amazing apartment interiors. Can’t beat it."

"My husband & I have lived at Otis since 2022 and have loved it so much! Management is amazing, friendly & cares about their residents. Maintenance is just as amazing, Justin rocks! They have always been so kind, prompt & actually helpful. We have never had any major issues, but I’m sure if we did, it would taken care of same day. It is super dog friendly, which our pup loves. The staff loves him just as much as we do! We love this community & have felt so at home since we moved in. Definitely the best apartment complex in Scott’s. 10/10 recommend :)"

"Nice spots to eat and hangout around the area (Wood & Iron is my go-to), nice views, clean halls, nice lobby area. The people are all pretty chill and friendly. Units are comfortable and spacious."
