"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ SB’s Love Shack is an absolute gem. It’s a smaller café, so indoor seating is limited and there can be a short wait. They don’t take reservations and seat only once your full party arrives, which makes sense for the space. When the weather is warmer, they have a large patio. Open 9 AM–2 PM. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the décor has a fun, unique RVA vibe. The food was incredible. I had the Glitter on a Mattress (Texas toast with bacon and sausage gravy, plus a side of bacon and edible glitter) — delicious and a huge portion. We also tried the French toast and a breakfast sandwich, and everything was fantastic. Parking is limited in front, but there’s plenty in the back with easy walk-up access. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Highly recommend."

"While on the road as a traveling photographer, I was delighted to find this hidden gem. I tried to go to locally owned restaurants. This establishment did not disappoint! The originality blew me away! Huge fan of The B52's! Bloody Mary was "The Bomb Diggidy!""

"This restaurant is a great place to bring friends, the menu has some great unique options that I really appreciate. The food I had was very enjoyable and I liked the atmosphere, however the scope of the menu was narrow, there were only really heavy greasy options (which are delicious I admit) however there were limited simple or lighter options. I thought the pork with the scallion cheddar pancakes was a huge standout for me, and is a gigantic portion so split it with someone. The sticky bun was personally too sweet and overwhelming for me but I did love the whipped cream cheese frosting. Also this place is really popular and really should have more than one restroom as there was a line down the back wall."

"Very quaint, fun, and delicious food! Antique shops to peruse while you wait to be seated( the food is worth the wait!!!!) Glitter on a mattress was fab, but not to be outdone by the eggs Benny, and BLT with egg and chicken salad!!! As I write this review days later, we really want to eat all of this again!!NOW!!"

"The food with the edible glitter is Soo cute! Love the atmosphere of this place. Staff was super friendly. It just felt so comfortable and welcoming. I got one unicorn pancake and the Glitter on the Mattress. Both were super good. Prices were overall super great."
