"I love authentic Vietnamese coffee, both iced and hot. Their version seemed like a mockup that was watery with tones of bitterness and sweetness, nothing like the rich and flavorful Vietnamese coffee I've had several times before. And at $9.00 with tax (and $10 with a tip), it's outrageously expensive. I did appreciate that when I said that the second level of sweetness option was too sugary, they redid it without an extra charge, using less sweetened (condensed) milk. That one tasted like sugar water, so I can barely imagine what the sweetest would taste like. Sad to give a cute little place so few stars, but for a coffee snob, it's all I could fairly do."

"Paid $28 dollars for two juices. But did not tip. Seems if you don’t tip they will take 20 minutes at least in a slow store (no other customers). It’s pretty obvious what they are doing and I find it disgusting. In no world does fresh juice take this long- I’ve gotten it from here before when busy (I tipped them because the prices were lower) and the juice came very fast. Never coming back. I’m tired of being extorted for more money. $28 for juice and no service does not warrant a tip. Period."

The sandwich again was "ok",but for the staff that doesn't seem to care if you're there or not and the time it takes to order,I won't be coming back,at least for a long time"
