"Got to visit their mobile tent set up at the annual Richmond Crab Festival. They have fresh lemonades as well as a great selection of different flavored ice creams in cups or cones. You even have a great selection of flavored cones. I have never been to the brick and mortar location but I can honestly say the crew at this Mobile set up was working hard today. The vanilla was decadent and not overly sweet. You can mix you two scoops so I got Purple Haze which was smooth and velvety with a hint of lavender and little surprise pues es of dark sweet chocolate in every bite. I also got the Mint Cookies and cream which had a weird texture to it, possibly from the actual cookies. Definitely tasted the mint but the cookies seemed to be dissolved and not crunchy. Overall they were a good dessert and refreshing especially in this hot outdoor environment. Staff was friendly, quick and efficient."

"I like this place. I've been here a few times. Lots of options to choose from. Pleasant interactions with employees who let us know that they were there if we had any questions or wanted to try want of the ice cream flavors. Always greeted at the door. I want to try a different flavor each time I go there. I will be returning. Just be sure not to get there too early. The ice cream needs time to thaw in order for them to be able to scoop it. Keep that in mind, and you'll have a good experience, too. Also, there is a free rewards program, so be sure to sign up if you plan on going here again!"

"Not overly impressed with this place. Great, they have all these cool and colorful ice cream, but you can take a $6.00 gamble to see whether you like it or not, since they don't give samples. What ice cream joints nowadays doesn't let you have a sample but carry 30 flavors? It's the Sweet Spot! Most likely, they don't because their staff could care less about you, and giving samples would be a customer service, which is not their strong point. Don't accept cash and acted perturbed when I didn't give them a tip on the machine, yeah also they don't accept cash. They do as little to interact with you as possible. Gave them a 2 star, because my 11-year-old liked the ice cream and was oblivious to everything else. Seemed overly expensive. Was clean and had a few places to sit inside and out."
